Stefanie Liedtke is a versatile fagottiste, who both specialized in contemporary music and old music. She studied at conservatories in Germany (Stuttgart, Freiburg) and the Netherlands (Rotterdam and Utrecht) music with the two main subjects bassoon and recorder. Her teachers were Karl-Otto Hartmann, Henk de Wit, Baldrick Deerenberg and Brian Pollard.
First fagottiste she worked more with the Dutch Ballet Orchestra and chamber orchestra Camerata Athens. 

In 1992, Stefanie won the second prize in theFernand Gillet International Competition. That same year she received a scholarship from Villa Musica in Mainz. Stefanie plays regularly as a soloist at festivals at home and abroad (Europe, America, Japan). She participated inseveral musical theater productions including the Whirlwind Jimmy Ensemble andBells in Trammelant Trio Kassandra. Stefanie is the founder of two chamberensembles Trio Kassandra and PalmOS and is also solid player Insomnio.
